Ok, im not sure how to ask? please take your time to read?

ok, well for starters, 2 months ago, i went out with this guy, whos name is chase. His best friends name is josh. Well, 2 weeks ago, me and chase broke up. Today, i was tlking to josh, and i realized why i'm always tlking to him, im in love with him. I've liked him for 3 years, and i realized how much i really like him. I've known him for 3 years, and we're getting to be rly good friends. But, i want to be more than that to him... but im not sure if he feels the same way about me. He acts like it, he tells meto listen to all these love songs, and hes always flirting with me, and my other friend says she seriously think he likes me, like a gf, not just a friend. But im not sure if i should ask him out, or just try nd forget him, but i rly don't wanna forget him. i think he'll think i only wanna go out w/ him to make chase jealous, but i would never do that to him. But, i want to know, should i ask him out, and risk ruining our friendship? Or should i just see what happens?
