How to keep your parents active?

My parents are in their late 50's. Their both in fairly healthy shape. I am in my 20's.





So far I've been able to get my dad to commit to biking with me each week.





I am looking for activities that I can do with them to get them exercising and keep them active.

Hiking in the early morning (like when the sun is coming up) is an awesome way to exercise. The weather is nice and hikers are always friendly. And hiking makes you feel really good.
