I have completed my PGP - HRM and prior to that i have 3 yrs of experience in Recruitment in small consultancy and found no growth in recruitment field and hence decided to choose to start my career fresh in Compensation and benefits . So need your suggestions how to go ahead .How to start career as specialist in Compesation %26amp; Benefits ?
