How to handle getting back lent out money from your mother?

My mother owes me a total of 187 dollars... She keeps telling me that she'll pay me back, but she never does. And I could really use my 187 dollars with me instead of somewhere within her money. We're not poor, its just that she doesn't like asking my step father (her husband) for money, so she asks to borrow it from me. I have no problem with this, but i just want my money!

how to do this politely and not make her upset? How to handle getting back lent out money from your mother?
Your mother supported you so give her some slack. She is your

mother. If she owes you that much money ask her to pay you back a

little at a time. Don't give her any more money until she has payed you

back the money you said you don't really need but just want. If she

really needs money then tell her to get a job.How to handle getting back lent out money from your mother?
Frankly told her, now I need to use them up.
money always comes between people! chalk it up dont ever let her borrow again.
Just try to imagine the amount of money she spent on you raising you. My mom could ask to borrow $1,000.00 and I would not try to collect and I am un employed and homeless.
